A simple windshield replacement turned into serious damage and a complete lack of accountability. I own a brand-new Tesla, and I genuinely love the car. That’s exactly why I chose to go directly to Tesla for a simple windshield replacement instead of using a third-party shop recommended by my insurance. I trusted Tesla to handle the job properly and avoid any risk to my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience at the Tesla service center has been extremely disappointing. According to the service notes, critical components such as the brake fluid reservoir and brake booster were damaged during what should have been a routine windshield replacement. Causing this level of damage during such a basic procedure is unacceptable. This is not just an inconvenience — this is a brand-new vehicle, and damaging original components has directly impacted the integrity and value of my car. It has now been over 3 days, and my vehicle is still not ready. Even more concerning, I have received no meaningful updates or responses to my messages. At this point, I have serious concerns not only about the quality of the repairs, but also whether there may be additional, undisclosed damage to other parts o

I recently purchased a Model Y from the Tesla Palo Alto location, and I cannot recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of working with Rik, who provided the best customer service experience of my life and ensured every detail of my purchase was seamless. Rik was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, but it was clear that this level of excellence comes from the top down. His manager was also very nice and supportive throughout the process. If you are looking for a stress-free experience, go to Palo Alto and ask for Rik—you’ll be in great hands with him and his leadership team!

I was really worried initially from all the reviews but it seems they got their stuff together. I was checked in quickly, parts were confirmed in stock, and I was given an accurate estimate of how long the service would take. They changed my front control arms in a couple hours and were great about communication during the whole process. Really enjoyed the service here.

Picked up my Tesla at the Palo Alto location and overall had a good experience. Anthony made the process smooth and friendly, and I really appreciated the welcome picture inside the vehicle when I got in — a nice touch. The car itself is fantastic. The only downside was his associate, who said the car was being washed when it clearly wasn’t (it was already sitting out front waiting). Not a big deal in the end, but worth noting. Still, great car and glad I went with Tesla.

Had a tire blow the other day and was told by the tech to return the loaner spare tire to the PA SC. First time there and was pleasantly impressed. Arrived on a Saturday am when it was pretty busy with a line of cars waiting for service. Unfortunately, there was only one tech working that morning, so I figured it was going to be a long wait and brought my laptop in anticipation. I didn't have an appointment, but they agreed to fit me in and pushed me to the front of the que (much appreciated). The tire that blew was one in the back and usually I figured that they would suggest that both back tires be replaced. The tech came over after he inspected all the tires and said that he recommended only replacing the one ...thus saving me around $4-500. I truly appreciate his honesty as they could have easily upsold me on another tire. From now on, I'll be switching my service center to go to Palo Alto instead of Burlingame. Both of my interactions with the front desk guy and tech were 5 star rated. Kudos and see you next time!
